Kamdhenu Gau Dhaam is purely a social, voluntary and contributory initiative. There are various financial expenditures that we have to incur to keep our loving home functioning for the abandoned cows. Our basic expense headings include Nutritious Diet, Medical expenses, Salaries of the Sevadaars (Helpers) and electricity apart from the miscellaneous expenses. Our average monthly Budget is around Rs.9,00,000. We do not indulge in selling any dairy product whatsoever. Our only source of meeting these monthly expenses is by the voluntary donations we receive from donors.
We do not accept cash and encourage everyone to use various transaction options that we have so as to keep a clean record of donations received and expenses incurred. We also issue a receipt for donation received.
With ‘Adopt a Cow Campaign’ we endeavour to garner financial support for our cows. We request our donors to subscribe to our ‘Adopt A Cow Campaign’ and become proud members associated with this noble cause. This helps us know that you are going to support a cow financially for at least a year or a month depending upon the membership you have opted for. So far 31 cows have been adopted out of 300.
